Light banana bread without butter

Your bananas are too ripe to eat? Here is a simple and quick dessert recipe to make. Banana bread is a nourishing and balanced cake that brings you energy while limiting calories. Its main ingredient, banana, is indeed one of the richest fruits in vitamins C, B6 and B9, while displaying a moderate glycemic index. Banana also has antioxidant properties, which could help prevent the onset of certain chronic diseases and cancers. Finally, the sugars it contains naturally help maintain good gastrointestinal health. Crushed nuts, for their part, will bring you polyunsaturated fatty acids such as omega-3, considered good fats for cardiovascular health, in view of their positive impact on blood lipid levels.
